Love Emblem

Marcella Thiel, age 72, of Dyer passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on December 22, 2017. She is survived by her children Tim, Tammy, and Tom (Lorrie) Thiel; three grandchildren and two great-granchildren; two brothers, Orson (Lisa) and Donald (Terry) Smith; and two nephews.

Friends may greet the family from 10 am to 12 pm Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at BURDAN FUNERAL HOME 12901 Wicker Ave. (corner of US 41 and 129th Ave. ) Cedar Lake. A funeral service will take place at noon Wednesday at BURDAN FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, Pastor Ken Puent, officiating. Interment to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Marcella loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed playing bingo and listening to Elvis Presley. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
