Heart Emblem

Lisa Ann Owens, age 51, of Portage passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2017. She is survived by her best friend, Dena Delmage; step-father, William Burdan; brother, Scott (Gretchen) Burdan; niece, Amber (Steve) Pollard; and 6 nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, Lee Owens and Corinne Burdan.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 27, 2017 from 3 to 7 pm at Burdan Funeral Home 12901 Wicker Ave, Cedar Lake, IN. A service will be held at 6:30 pm with Pastor Ken Puent officiating.
Lisa was the manager of MCR Short Stop in Portage and worked for Holiday Rent A Car. She had a fighting spirit, a huge heart, loved her cats and her family and will be greatly missed.
