Frank M. Lizak, age 83, of Cedar Lake passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2017. He is survived by his wife, of 39 years, Barbara; children, Frank (Beth) Lizak, Jr., Pam (Bob) Castner, Greg (Char) Molden, and Bruce (Toni) Molden; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brother, John (late Betty) Lizak; sister, Veronica (John); and step-mother, Gertrude Lizak. Preceded in death by his daughter, Michelle; and brother, Al.
Friends may meet with the family on Friday, October 6, 2017 from 1 to 6 pm at Burdan Funeral Home 12901 Wicker Ave (corner of Rt 41 & 129th Ave) Cedar Lake. A funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm. Private burial to follow.
Frank was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was a long-time member of the Cedar Lake American Legion Post 261, the Cedar Lake Eagles, and the Cedar Lake Lions Club. Frank enjoyed bowling and golf and will be greatly missed by his loving family and many friends.
