Anne E. Stuppy, age 95, of DeMotte, formerly of Cedar Lake, passed away Thursday, February 23, 2017. She is survived by 2 daughters, Elaine (Ray) Solberg and Karen (Rick) Kallenbach; grandchildren, Richard (Shelly) Solberg, Michael Solberg, Adam (Kari) Walkowiak, and Leslie (Scott) Norwine; great-grandchildren, Brittany (Buddy) Welsh, Michael and Joseph Solberg, Candice, Kayla, and Kamaran Walkowiak, and Zander Norwine; brother, Don (Ruth) Tomlinson. Preceded in death by her husband, Murray Stuppy; and grandson, Greg Walkowiak.
Friends may meet with the family on Monday, February 27, 2017 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Burdan Funeral Home 12901 Wicker Ave, Cedar Lake. A service will be held at 1:00 pm in the Burdan Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Lowell Cemetery.
Anne enjoyed traveling and flea-marketing with her husband. She was an avid glass collector with expert knowledge about glass pieces. Most of all Anne cherished her family and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
