To our family and friends thank you for your love and support. I am heartbroken to loose my Daddy. To wake up and realize I will not hear his wise cracks and laugh again, makes me very sad. However, I am reminded of the many wonderful character traits he had and that I have wonderful memories that he was sure to leave us with. My Daddy is no longer in pain, no longer does he need to fight, and as a firm believer in Heaven he was ready to meet his maker and be with loved one. I am a proud daughter of Terry Lee Coffin. He was an amazing Daddy, grand father and friend. I was blessed to have had all his hugs and kisses.

Had the honor of serving with Terry while in Vietnam. He was our corpsman and a great guy with whom to go on patrol. He enjoyed a great sense of humor and was well respected by all those with whom he came in contact. We were together on the eight man recon Team Serviceman II operating in the vicinity of an area known as Antenna Valley when Terry was wounded. He was a member of Alpha/One, First Reconnaissance Battalion.
Rest In Peace!

Mr. Coffin will always be considered a HERO for serving our country during a time when fighting for freedom was essential. You fought in one of the most difficult wars that our country was ever in. Thank you Sir for your bravery, courage and sacrifice. May God hold you in his loving arms. Rest in Peace.
